Stretch Mark and Preventing Methods

Stretch Mark is caused due to heavy workouts or exercise, and imbalance in presence of nutrition in the body. Stretch marks are not disease to be afraid off, but the appearance may make people to feel bad. It is difficult to remove completely, whereas we can try to fade it or prevent it from occurring. Some of the common ways of eliminating or getting rid of it is, doing exercise regularly, following nutritional diet, and maintaining a good skin care regime.

Exercising regularly can prevent from stretch mark occurrence, but there is also a drawback since improper exercise may lead to stretch mark easily. So make a practice of following regular exercise schedule with proper guidance. Since stretch marks are caused by weight fluctuations, it is good to follow regular exercises. It tones your skin and helps in eradicating stretch marks.

Diet is the best way to prevent from stretch mark occurrence. It is advisory to take food which is rich in vitamins and other nutritious supplements. A healthy diet will lead to healthy and disease free living. The main vitamins to include in your diet are vitamin A, C, E and zinc.

Following a good skin care schedule allows you to keep away from stretch marks. Use stretch mark oils and creams recommended by doctors to eradicate stretch marks completely. Cocoa butter is believed to be a better option for treating scars and stretch marks. Massaging Vitamin E oil is also an alternate to eliminate scars. It is good to avoid plastic and cosmetic surgery since it is expensive and may produce some harmful side effects to the skin. Stretch marks are also caused due to dryness in skin. Hence it is good to use some skin moistures in order to avoid stretch marks.

So it is good to avoid stretch marks rather than allowing it to form and then trying to treat it. It is difficult to treat stretch marks whereas it’s easy to prevent it. There are many ways to prevent and treat stretch marks. Best ways would be to do regular exercise, and take good diet.
